Health Committee

This is the monthly meeting of our Health Committee. They help move MANA de San Diego members and our communities forward, with healthier habits and lifestyles, by making health and well-being information and education an integral part of all MANA programs. They help MANA to empowers its members for a lifetime of success and leadership by also focusing on the importance of sounds mind and bodies for all.
